Overview

Cluttons is currently looking for a Property Consultant for the Abu Dhabi office. They will be required to actively negotiate and coordinate the sale of property through from enquiry to transfer, including winning exclusive instructions, marketing the property for sale/lease, updating the CRM with enquiries and negotiating the property through to successful sale. You will also be required to progress the sale/lease through NOC and transfer, ensuring that all parties are supported. As part of the sales team they will offer a seamless service on exclusive Cluttons projects.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management
  • Full property sales process from instruction to transfer
  • Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
  • Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property including preparation and execution of sales/lease agreements and advertising materials
  • Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information laws and regulation
  • Abiding by RICS business standards and codes of ethics
  • Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
  • Perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standard
  • Research and highlight any competitor activities.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications

  • Educated to at least High School/College level.
  • Minimum of 2 years in property within the UAE (commercial or residential)
  • Must be a UAE driver’s license holder with own car.

  • Selling skills
  • Confident in presentation delivery
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Computer literate
  • Good attention to detail
  • Fluent English speaking and wrriten skills
  • Bilingual skills a plus (Arabic preferred).
