Overview

Cluttons is currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager in one of our residential agency offices in Central London.  The successful candidate will manage the day to day sales activity in the office ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved consistently through the management of the sales team members and personal sales activity.  

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of all Sales staff based within the assigned office, ensuring targets are met or exceeded from a personal and team perspective
  • Render sales commensurate with the role
  • Full awareness and understanding of chosen market
  • Ensure effective management of the applicant process and enquiries
  • Provision of valuations as required
  • Senior negotiator on key offers through to exchange of contracts, liaising closely with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and other agents in a chain situation
  • Liaison between vendors and buyers
  • Promote the firm
  • General administration
  • Full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures

 

Qualifications

  • Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent)
  • Full clean driving licence

Essential experience

  • Demonstrable record in residential property with at the requisite senior level. 
  • Negotiation skills
  • Selling skills
  • Confident in presentation delivery
  • People Management
  • Understanding of sales targets and office income
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail
