The designer is responsible for the delivery of all online and offline design output for Cluttons across it's Middle East business. Working alongside the marketing & business development manager and Marketing team to define and manage the Cluttons brand across all divisions of the business.


  • Design work, including: taking briefs from the business development, research and marketing teams, producing design concepts, creating standard design templates, formatting approved copy into design templates and producing custom design, developing engaging content concepts for social media, developing infographics and visual content for client proposals and presentations, video compilation and editing, photographic retouching, digital animation
  • Scheduling and planning various design activity
  • Managing the design and production process, including relationships with suppliers and internal clients
  • Management and development of the Cluttons brand - providing input to the company’s brand positioning and helping to communicate it visually, producing brand templates, and ensuring that the guidelines are followed internally and externally
  • Design management - job control processes, maintaining accurate systems for the archiving and retrieval of draft layouts and finished artwork, and keeping a record of the use and payment of copyright images


Essential qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in graphic design or equivalent qualification

Essential skills & experience

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Good understanding of web design with a working knowledge of HTML preferred
  • Animation and video editing skills 
  • Arabic language skills would be preferred (at least experience in developing Arabic collaterals)
  • A demonstrable track record of managing and delivering quality design 
  • Brand development experience
  • Experience of working in a professional services company, ideally with property sector experience
