Cluttons is currently recruiting for an International Sales Coordinator in the International Residential team.  This is a sales coordination and sales administration role.


Cluttons has a small number of Associate offices in Spain, France and Barbados. A key part of the role is to deal with incoming leads for these offices, qualifying them, and referring them to the local office. The leads need to be tracked and reported on by liaising with the local office. Being confident on the phone and spending time making outbound calls to leads is a large part of the role.


The role involves coordinating activities with the international offices including marketing administration such as creating brochures, uploading properties to the website, creating email campaigns, checking portal listings, and liaising between the marketing team and local office.


In addition, the role involves assisting with viewings of London new developments when international buyers are visiting.

  • Handling all international leads for the International Residential offices
  • Outbound phone calling to qualify leads
  • Sending qualified leads to Cluttons Associate offices
  • CRM - Inputting leads into RPS
  • CRM – tracking and following up of leads
  • CRM – loading and managing properties on RPS
  • Tracking of lead reporting with Cluttons Associate offices
  • Liaising with the marketing team and Cluttons offices on marketing 
  • Sales administration
  • Assisting with London viewings of new developments


  • Educated to degree level ideal or equivalent professional qualification
  • Telephone calling experience
