This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join an international Real Estate and Consultancy firm looking to strengthen its capabilities and expertise within its operations in Cairo, Egypt. The role will on a project based role, with oversight on all Sales and Marketing operations on a dedicated sales assignment.

The candidate will be part of a small team of dynamic professionals who will plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities as well as having responsibility for its sales activity. The successful candidate should be familiar with analysis and market research, product and service promotion in the property industry, and have the ability to anticipate local consumer behaviour and business culture.


  • Work with the Head of Country to plan, develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy for the sales project, aligned to client expectations and business objectives. 
  • Help to establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Oversee all communications, public relations and promotional activities to support the company brand and marketing strategy for the project. This includes supporting the team with the design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and use of digital promotional tools on social media, as appropraite.
  • Procure and manage external sales and marketing agencies as required.
  • Conduct market research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and clients. Provide advice to project head based on these findings.
  • Contribute directly towards improving the project’s fee income and profitability by working closely with the project lead.
  • Undertake a lead role in the promotion and development of the project team within the wider Cluttons business.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Produce high quality presentations with the ability to present information accurately and succinctly both orally and in reports to the client and to the business, as required. 
  • Actively manage and grow client base to deliver the financial goals for the project to generate future business opportunities. 


Essential qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a business related field, preferably Commercial Property, Marketing or Investments. 
  • Must be an Egyptian national with local market experience in a similar role
  • Driving license holder 

Essential experience

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of real estate investment sales and marketing with proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years real estate industry experience in an investment sales/marketing management capacity, with at least 2 years’ experience in the MENA region.
  • Previous experience and evidence of enhancing performance through growth and profitability.
  • Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
  • High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail (English and Arabic language skills essential.)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
  • Highly developed influencing skills as required to work with a variety of external clients.
  • Strong experience in business development with a proven track record of winning new business.
  • Experience in planning and executing a Sales & Marketing strategy.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent project management skills.
