Overview

 

Cluttons is currently looking to recruit Saturday Assistants to work in our Central London offices.  The role of the Saturday Assistant primarily will be to support the Sales and Lettings team during the working hours on a Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams based in the office
  • Taking details of new purchaser/tenant enquiries
  • Handling keys and sales/lettings particulars
  • Helping with the office administration
  • Receptionist duties - answering telephones and dealing with enquiries
  • Passing on messages to relevant staff
  • Processing references
  • Creating and sending lettings regarding potential instructions and valuations
  • Adding properties and details to the database

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within an office environment advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous experience of working with Microsoft Office
