Overview

A Customer service client account role working as part of the team within the Abu Dhabi Residential department. Primarily representing our client within the sales suite. Co-ordinating with the sales team ensuring a professional, motivated and well-presented brand and service level is given. The role is available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients within the sales suite
  • Play an integral part of the promotion, sales and development of the project and residential department business
  • Ensure accurate information is collated and to capture data and to guarantee developer and ADM compliant process is achieved
  • Manage the client’s expectations in terms of account support
  • Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ability to network with prospective clients with the view to win new business opportunities or promote cross-selling within the company
  • Identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to attract potential clients.
  • Perform duties to high professional and ethical standard
  • Maintain a professional profile always with strong interpersonal and communciation skills

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

 

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (bilingual speaker desirable)

 

Essential Experience

 

  • Demonstrable record of working within a professional environment, following best practice and process within an administrative role
  • Experience in working with in a client and customer facing role
  • Negotiation skills
  • Selling skills
  • Confident in presentation delivery
  • Proven record of achieving performance targets
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Computer literate with CRM experince or similar
  • Attention to detail
